SECURITY SERVICES / LOSS PREVENTION

We provide topnotch security for events, stores, businesses and VIP protection and most all other security needs.
Director Matthew Plewes also provides high level control-focused martial arts training to all members, with an emphasis on professionalism, deescalation and prevention, yet having the tools to intervene and control the potential security situation. Investigations, corporate training and retail loss prevention, as well as consultation, training and services are available.
We maintain close coordination and communication with the client to fulfill all needs. We pride ourselves as being superb at what we do. We also specialize in international events as most of our members are bilingual.

We strive to be professional and knowledgeable in all fields of security.
We are all legal and registered with the Ministry of Justice. Our director Plewes is also a two time Hall of Fame inductee martial arts master teacher with more than 40 years in the martial arts and holds an 8th blackbelt. In America Matt certified as a Private Investigator as well as certifications in Management, Security Management, Loss Prevention, Customer Service, Network Security and holds officers licenses in Virginia. All of our officers are of the best character and are hand selected by Matt Plewes. All of our team participate in progressive police, military and martial arts-based seize and control tactics and techniques.

Matthew Plewes, an American in Japan more than 22 years, founded CAPS in 2001 as an extension of his martial arts school. CAPS (Chuntian Academy Protective Services) provided professional security services throughout Shizuoka. For two decades we’ve offered comprehensive security solutions to a variety of clients as the premier international security company.
We worked seamlessly as part of the client's team to secure their premises, customers, employees, assets and everything in between. We address each client’s unique security needs and provide reliable, qualified professionals ready to respond to security needs and provide outstanding support and service.
